Over 30 Years of Experience

Payroll That Runs on Time, Every Time

Payroll is the one deadline you cannot move. Employees expect the same amount on the same day, and the taxing authorities expect their deposits whether or not the month was busy. We take the whole cycle off your desk.
We process each pay run, calculate withholding, deposit and file federal and state payroll taxes, and prepare your quarterly and year end forms. You approve hours, we handle the rest, and every run is documented in one place.
We service clients all over the USA. Payroll runs remotely through secure document sharing, so multi-state teams and remote employees are handled the same way whether you are in Las Vegas or three time zones away.

How we work

Running payroll

You send hours or approve the salaried run, and we calculate gross to net, apply the right withholding for each employee’s state and elections, and fund direct deposits so pay lands on the expected day. Employees get their stubs, and a payroll register comes back to you after every run.

Payroll taxes and filings

Deposits are the part that quietly creates penalties. We calculate federal and state liabilities each run, deposit them on your required schedule, and file Forms 941, 940 and the state returns on time. If a notice does arrive, we answer it rather than forwarding it to you. See IRS Problem Resolution.

Year end: W-2s, W-3s and 1099s

In January we prepare and distribute W-2s to your employees and 1099-NEC forms to your contractors, file the federal and state copies, and reconcile the year’s payroll totals against your books before anything goes out. The numbers on your return, your books and your employees’ forms all agree.

Employee or contractor, set up correctly

Misclassifying a worker is expensive to unwind, and back taxes and penalties land on the employer. Before we set anyone up we look at how the role actually works, tell you where it lands, and document the reasoning. If a past classification looks questionable, we will say so and walk you through the options.

Payroll that ties to your books

Every run posts to your general ledger with wages, employer taxes and liabilities in the right accounts, so payroll never turns into a reconciliation problem at year end. Want the books handled too? See Bookkeeping.

We service clients all over the USA. Our office is in Las Vegas, Nevada, and payroll runs entirely remotely. You approve hours through a secure portal, we process the run, handle the deposits and filings, and review anything unusual with you by phone or video. Multi-state and fully remote teams are routine for us.

Common questions

How quickly can you take over payroll?

Usually within one pay cycle. We need your year to date payroll reports, your federal and state account numbers, and your employee records. Mid-year switches are common, and we carry year to date totals across so W-2s stay correct.

Can you handle employees in more than one state?

Yes. We register and file in each state where you have employees, apply the correct withholding and unemployment rates, and track reciprocity agreements where they apply. Remote teams are one of the most common reasons business owners call us.

What happens if a payroll tax notice arrives?

Send it to us. We review what triggered it, correct the underlying deposit or filing where needed, and respond to the agency directly. Penalty relief is often available for a first occurrence, and we will pursue it where the facts support it.

Do you handle contractors as well as employees?

Yes. We collect W-9 information up front, track contractor payments through the year, and issue 1099-NEC forms in January. Where a contractor arrangement looks more like employment, we will flag it before it becomes a problem.

Is there a minimum number of employees?

No. We run payroll for single-owner S corporations with one paycheck a month and for companies with dozens of employees across several states. The process is the same, and pricing scales with the work.
