Federal & State IRS Problem Resolution in Las Vegas, NV and Nationwide

Effective tax resolution matches your financial reality with the correct IRS framework. By comparing your disposable income and assets to necessary living expenses, we can help you determine which program relief option is most viable.
That comparison is the whole job, and it is why we will not quote you an outcome on a first phone call. The IRS decides what you qualify for using its own collection financial standards, not a sales pitch. We run your numbers against those standards first, then tell you which door is actually open.
We service clients all over the USA. IRS representation is federal, so we can act for taxpayers in every state, and we handle state revenue departments as well when a state balance is part of the problem.

What we handle

  • Back taxes and unfiled returns
  • IRS notices and CP letters
  • Wage garnishment release
  • Bank levy release
  • Federal tax lien help
  • Penalty abatement requests
  • Installment agreements
  • Offer in Compromise review
  • Currently Not Collectible status
  • Innocent spouse relief
  • Audit representation
  • State tax agency matters

How we work

We start with your numbers, not a promise

The first step is a full financial picture: income, necessary living expenses measured against IRS standards, assets, equity and what the IRS has already assessed. Only after that can anyone say honestly whether you are a candidate for a settlement, a payment plan, or a hardship status. Anyone quoting a settlement figure before seeing that picture is guessing.

Stopping collection action

If wages are being garnished or a bank account has been levied, that becomes the priority. Once we are authorized to represent you, the IRS deals with us instead of calling you, and we work to get active collection lifted while the longer term resolution is put together.

Choosing the right relief program

An Offer in Compromise settles for less than the full balance, but only for taxpayers whose finances genuinely support it. An installment agreement spreads the balance over time. Currently Not Collectible pauses collection when there is nothing left after necessary expenses. Penalty abatement can remove additions to tax where there was reasonable cause. We match you to the one that fits and prepare the filing properly, because most rejections come from weak documentation rather than a weak case.

Unfiled returns come first

The IRS will not approve most relief while returns are missing, and returns it files on your behalf claim no deductions you are entitled to. Getting those years prepared and filed usually reduces the balance before any negotiation starts.

See Tax Preparation for back and amended returns.

We service clients all over the USA. Representation before the IRS is federal, which means where you live does not limit who can act for you. We are based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and we represent taxpayers nationwide, including state level matters with your own state revenue department.

Common questions

Can you settle my debt for less than I owe?

Sometimes, and only when your finances support it. The IRS approves an Offer in Compromise based on what it calculates it could reasonably collect from you, not on negotiation. We will run that calculation with you before saying whether it is realistic.

Will the IRS stop contacting me?

Once you authorize us to represent you, the IRS is required to direct contact to us instead of to you. That change alone is the part most clients say they felt immediately.

What if I cannot pay anything right now?

That is a recognized situation. If necessary living expenses consume your income, Currently Not Collectible status can pause active collection. It is not forgiveness, and interest continues, but it stops the pressure while circumstances change.

I have not filed in years. Should I file before calling?

Call first. The order matters, and filing several years at once without a plan can trigger collection on the full balance before any relief is in place.
